Cancellation of room booking is allowed only up to Seven days before the scheduled day of check-in. In case of cancellation, 75% of the amount paid as advance room rent would be refunded within 21 working days from the date of cancellation.
For same-day cancellation, no amount will be refunded.
Booking Charge is non-refundable
Aditya Bhawan-authority reserves the right to cancel the booking without the prior notice in any circumstances chances beyond control/unforeseen situations/any illegal activities.
In case of a claim for a refund of any kind of deposit, the Management shall have the right to decide.
